Effective January 1, 2026, all international business activities previously managed directly by GED.SKYLARK will be consolidated under its subsidiary, Lark (Quzhou) Technology Co., Ltd.
This restructuring is designed to streamline international operations, enhance market-specific focus, and accelerate the growth of the company's global footprint. The transition will centralize all overseas sales, marketing, and customer support under the Lark (Quzhou) Technology entity.
A key implication of this change is that all new purchase orders and contracts for overseas markets must be signed with Lark (Quzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. on or after the effective date. The company assures its international partners and clients that this transition will be seamless, with no disruption to ongoing services or product delivery.
